Cannot recive payment

When ever someone tries to pay me it won't show in my paypal account when they say they've paid. How can I accept payment? Im new to selling so any help as to the steps of accepting payment would be helpful

Is your account verified?

Yes, I'm selling and paypal says it is?

Go to your ebay sold page find the transactions and click sell similar

Scroll down and double check your ppal email address is correct without any spelling mistakes

Do this for every sold transaction

If its wrong come back for more advice

Also your ebay email address has to be the same as your ppal email address in order to receive payment?
