Hi, I would like to start selling items on ebay but when I try to list them I get told I have exceeded my limit, even though I've never sold on ebay before. I then try to make sure my seller account is set up properly and upon trying to verify my paypal account I keep getting a message saying that the page cannot be displayed....HELP PLEASE!!
