Hi jackieGrice,
If you ever receive a message from a buyer who is looking for you to ship the item to an address that is not on the transaction details page, I would advise you to issue a refund on the original payment and ask the buyer to pay again with the correct shipping address. PayPal offer Seller Protection for bank reversals, unauthorised claims and chargebacks, but one of the criteria is to ship the item to the address supplied by PayPal. Unfortunately, if you ship to a different address, you would not be covered if an issue arose.
If your buyer has not paid for the additional postage, you could use the “Request Money” tab in your PayPal account to send them a money request. This doesn’t guarantee that they will pay it, but it might prompt them to send the funds to you.

Hope this helps,
Maria
