Hi, I recently sold a rather expensive laptop on ebay (£850). The buyer contacted me shortly after the sale to say they have their old address on the PayPal payment and can I ship it to a different one. Obviously I will not ship the item to another address, I leave myself open to a charge back and would instantly lose my ebay seller protection . What are my options the funds are under PayPals temporary pending hold as I don't usually sell such expensive items? Can I cancel a payment that's pending? If I cancelled it will I be charged anything the fees for the transaction are currently £30. The really vexing thing is this was my one completely free ebay auction with no fees so the buyers mistake could cost me £85 if I have to relist. Thanks in advance
