Am I getting scammed?

Hello So I sold an item to someone online and they said they had paid me through PayPal, then I get a email from PayPal (servicepaypal) stating that there was an error with their systems and the payment didn’t go through and they had to overcharge the buyer $320? Now they’re asking me as well as the buyer to send $320 to them via western union. I’m not to worried about losing the item I just wanted to know if I’m possibly getting scammed before I send the money. Also if I go to details in the PayPal email there is another email (reviewinstantcashfastservicecom). Also can anyone tell me if the image below is real or not i dont really want to go to court over something like this *help*Capture.PNG

Its a SCAM, if you were overpaid then Paypal would just tell you to do a part refund.

The scammers use western union as then you can't get your money back.

They aren't interested in your item all they want is that western union payment.
They also threaten legal action...have a laugh at that one and ignore it as its rubbish.

Paypal NEVER tell you to send an item before the payment is showing in your paypal account.
Paypal NEVER expect you to use a rival money transfer service eg Moneygram or Western Union etc.

Kudos / Solution appreciated.
