scammed, refund

Hello, 

 

I got scammed, i wanted to sell my sold usdt, i send the money to the scammer he told me its in hold, and didnt send me my money, then i opened a case he told me to close it to make a refund i closed it, he blocked me then i made another case, he came back and unblock me, told me to close the case, i didn't close it, then the case was closed to the seller, and made a mistake closed it by mistake and now i can't open it again, that's the problem what i should do?

If you had to close a case to get a refund then it would be pointless opening one.
NEVER close a dispute / claim until you have a refund.
If the seller issued a refund then that would close the dispute automatically.
If he doesn't escalate to a claim.
Do not close it or he can ignore you and you can't open a second dispute OR re-open a closed one.

How do I reopen a dispute from paypal that was closed because it was not correct for my reasons? I was deducted money but so paypal said it was not an unauthorized transaction even though I didn't buy anything.
