how to appeal the outcome of a dispute as a seller

Hello,

 

we are electronic document vendors. The customer has filed a dispute and has not received the goods. We documented that the download link was sent, but Paypal erroneously closed the dispute by saying that the goods were not delivered.
Please advise how can I file an appeal. There is no appeal button in the dispute details.

You can only appeal if you have new information that was not available to paypal at the time that they made their original decision.
