account was frozen and then unfrozen don't know why

I have a business account that got frozen with a notice that said this was permanent and could not be appealed with no reason listed as to why, but now my account is back open again! Not sure what happened if this was just a glitch or mistake of some kind or if my account is still at risk of being frozen again? 

 

There was a notice that said "some suspicious activity was detected," would be good to know what that may have been if anyone has any ideas.

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?

Thanks I did contact customer support when this same thing happened to my personal non-business account, but this is still frozen and they won't say a reason why other than they are accusing me of not abiding by the community guidelines whatever those are. This happened when I requested a debit card which they don't approve right away for new accounts. 

 

There is no legitimate risk at all associated with either of my accounts, so this is either some kind of clerical oversight or just blatant fraud on paypayl's side hard to tell the difference sometimes.
