Same problem Im new user of this paypal cause this is the better way to send money for my service job, paypal no consideration for banning account not recommend to other to use this, recently i sell online ebooks and i missed to enable tracking delivery, now my account ban.

This is happening to me too with over $10.000 in funds. I have saved these funds over years of freelance photography and design jobs and I haven’t violated any of the policies . I’m completely devastated and have no idea what to do. I have emailed and called PayPal but they just say the decision is final and no additional information will be provided. Have you been able to solve this? Do you know what kind of institution like BBB I could contact? I’m Indonesian.

@DewiPicsI sometimes like commissioning my friends and other artists to draw something (digital art btw) for me, but then PayPal suddenly emailed me that I could no longer do business with PayPal and that I've violated their Acceptable Use Policy, but I've honestly only used it to receive and send money. I called their Customer Service and it was pretty much their final decision to permanently limit my account, so yeah. I only have $25 in my account, but I still have to wait 180 days to withdraw it. I'm also worried that they'd fine me for something that I didn't even do.

How is this even possible? They just cut you off like that? can you even get all you money after 180 days?
