It sounds like the same thing I've already heard here, on the phone, and via Facebook messenger.

Two of those places said that someone would be contacting me within 24 hours.

Nobody contacted me.

So I paid off my PayPal Mastercard then switched over Spotify, Netflix, etc to auto-draft from my bank.

Then guess what?

The "permanent account limitation that banned me from ever doing business with PayPal again" disappeared.

Just as quickly as it came!

No explanation provided.

No apology offered.

Is this how they run a large financial organization.

Forward my contact information to the board of directors. They can hire me to lead PayPal for $15/hr.

I promise to do better than this.

I've had a limit put on my account of £200 a month, called customer service nothing can be done, no explanation, no reason, just the system did it automatically and they can't lift it, I asked to speak to manager and was denied. Asked to make a complaint and was told it won't make a difference....what im sorry? That is not good enough PayPal sort it out!! I have a business to run and they are stopping me taking my money and making me wait 21 days to have access to my money! I have a business to run, the only way to speed up the process from the customer service rep said to contact the customers that made payments and ask them to contact PayPal to say that item or services have been received! How unprofessional does that look for me to contact my customers to do that! I have already taken PayPal off my website as a payment option and I will not be accepting PayPal anymore.

Same just now My account suddenly became "permanently limited". There are no disputes or issues with money.

This makes no sense. I have been using PayPal for 15 years with no issues. I use it on a regular basis, mostly to make purchases for clothing and occasionally to be sent money. I have done absolutely nothing wrong or different for my account to be permanently disabled. I am so angry as this is the platform I have used for years. Why would they say I have broken any of their terms is baffling and I am very angry. I want an answer.

I tried to contact them via phone and after 30 minutes I gave up since no one answered. Meanwhile I discovered that the limitation vanished, after I transferred all my automatic payements to my Visa. I guess it’s a good way to loose clients! Congratulations on whatever algorithm you implemented! It shows where this world is going. And by the way, there’s no way I’ll receive any payments through Paypal again. Cheers and good luck!

This guy Bindu Literally gives the same copy paste reply from paypal customer support. Didn’t you guys face lawsuit already for the same thing? How come you never changed the way you do your business? Maybe more of us should join together and file a lawsuit for wrongfully permanently banning our account for 180 days without any explanation.

Hi PayPal_Bindu_Bot,

Karen here; do you have like a manger or someone I can speak to? Someone who understands canned responses only aggravate the situation?

Maybe I could get the bad PayPal taste out of my mouth if someone talked to me on the level. Explained why my account was 'permanently limited' for no apparent reason.  Why holding my funds made sense in my case, there were no transactions that could have been charged back. I was just paying my Spotify and Netflix, basically. Nobody paid me.

And then they could tell me, on the level still, why it was turned back on. And why, after realizing a mistake was made, nobody reached out to apologize or even acknowledge that you caused me grief....

But maybe I should be more understanding. Sounds like everyone at PayPal doesn't know if they'll have a job tomorrow.

Y'all should walk out and let it collapse.
