It sounds like the same thing I've already heard here, on the phone, and via Facebook messenger.
Two of those places said that someone would be contacting me within 24 hours.
Nobody contacted me.
So I paid off my PayPal Mastercard then switched over Spotify, Netflix, etc to auto-draft from my bank.
Then guess what?
The "permanent account limitation that banned me from ever doing business with PayPal again" disappeared.
Just as quickly as it came!
No explanation provided.
No apology offered.
Is this how they run a large financial organization.
Forward my contact information to the board of directors. They can hire me to lead PayPal for $15/hr.
I promise to do better than this.

Hi PayPal_Bindu_Bot,
Karen here; do you have like a manger or someone I can speak to? Someone who understands canned responses only aggravate the situation?
Maybe I could get the bad PayPal taste out of my mouth if someone talked to me on the level. Explained why my account was 'permanently limited' for no apparent reason. Why holding my funds made sense in my case, there were no transactions that could have been charged back. I was just paying my Spotify and Netflix, basically. Nobody paid me.
And then they could tell me, on the level still, why it was turned back on. And why, after realizing a mistake was made, nobody reached out to apologize or even acknowledge that you caused me grief....
But maybe I should be more understanding. Sounds like everyone at PayPal doesn't know if they'll have a job tomorrow.
Y'all should walk out and let it collapse.
