I haven't found an answer to what I did. One of the agents I talked to said there did not appear to be any suspicious activity or activity that violated the TOS. I wish I would have recorded that conversation. They also blocked me from using venmo. I read in a forum about it possibly being tied to an individuals social media post going against paypal standards. I still would know what I did. I hope they run them selves out of business.

i got email saying your account is limited we need id which ive done before and again and still says limited.  no explanation of why.

the website is shocking with a contact option that's only function is to send you in circles and never to contact anyone.

Try calling until you get through to someone that can actually help. Worked for me.

This is happening to me right now. I’ve never experienced such a **bleep** customer service and website. Not once in my life has a site taken my money and locked me out of it providing 0 explanation whatsoever.

This happened to me and after hours of trying to get in contact with someone that has any idea what they’re doing, I got a “we detected suspicious activity and must part ways” and they STILL gave me 0 reasoning!! What a bunch of bums

Recently I received a notification that my Paypal account has been permanently locked.

You say I sell file sharing services without permission.

I don't sell things that don't comply with your accusations.
They did not provide any evidence for their accusations, they refused to explain and made accusations arbitrarily.

I'm sorry to hear that we've permanently limited your account. I know that can be frustrating, but these decisions are not something made lightly. Typically if an account has been permanently limited, then some part of our user agreement has been broken, but without being able to see the account, we would not be able to share any details. I would suggest reaching out to PayPal customer support using any of the options found here, as they will be able to provide more direct assistance: PayPal Customer Support.

But PayPal C.S. on the phone only tell me what I already know & can't (or won't) give the exact reason for the ban. I've had only one PP account for nearly 20 years.

Yes we have the same problem but In my side I have savings money there and I can't withdraw it anymore please help me guys to get those money😭
