I ordered three wreaths from this company. Five weeks later they arrived and were equivalent to dollar store items smashed in a bag. Pure garbage!

Ordered Aug 9 received Oct 5th. What junk. So disappointed. The wreaths are hideous compared to the picture. I should have known better

Order from them.  Order was supposed to be delivered within a week.  Two emails with no response I finally received shipping notification forty-plus days after placing the order and it was coming from China.  Another month for delivery.  What Was received was not as ordered.  Their website posting were not complete about the products.  Items were unassembled and without instructions.  Their sets failed to include the each individual item as described, they sent multiples of the same item. 

 

They did not honor their own policies for order correction/replacement/refund.  They then finally indicated they would refund a portion of the payment then delayed and delayed and delayed (two weeks between emails) and delayed and delayed… until the PayPal dispute timeframe was almost expired.  I filed a dispute with PayPal and they then lied about the previous discussions but PayPal refused to consider the correspondence I forwarded.


do not order from them.

You should have filed a dispute much earlier so that all conversations between you went via the resolution centre. Then when you escalated to a claim paypal could access them.

Did you escalate to a claim / which dispute did you open / did you escalate / what happened?

No PayPal closed the dispute.  After I sent the message string and PayPal declined the dispute/refund claim request, We removed our bank account information and will never use PayPal again.

ok first you say its a claim, then you said paypal closed the 'dispute' so which stage was it?

If you aren't going to actually say what happened in order then sorry can't advise.
