Wrong Tracking Info

On 01/06/23 I ordered 2 long sleeved t-shirts from a company called OnBuy, they arrived not long after with no problem. I then again ordered 2 long sleeved t-shirts from the same company and paid for these items on the 06/06/23. I never received a tracking number email, nor did I receive a confirmation email. I only received a PayPal transaction email for the items. The items never showed up in 'my orders' section of OnBuy but were still in my basket even though I'd paid for them. I then contacted OnBuy and they told me that I would automatically receive a refund within 3-5 days. I never received a refund from OnBuy. So, I then opened a PayPal dispute, PayPal refunded me for one item but not the other. So it was now up to OnBuy to refund me. They got out of refunding me by sending PayPal tracking info for the two items that did arrive that I purchased on the 01/06/23. Obviously, the dates are wrong and the info they've supplied are for 2 items that did arrive on a completely different date.

I then opened another dispute and they once again sent the same tracking info for items that had previously arrived. For some reason, PayPal have difficulty understanding dates even though I've provided them with proof of when I paid for the items that never arrived.

Is there anything I can do about this as I don't want to open yet another dispute only for the same thing to happen again as it's happened twice now.

Thanks

Thanks for the info. I don't use PayPal often and have become so jaded with the repeated nonsense, I just opened another dispute and got the same and expected result. I don't use social media but will go over the other options tomorrow. Thanks again.
