So basically my friend has sent me money as a birthday gift and then I found an opened case as " remittance issues " And my money was put on hold, why did that happen and can PayPal hold a transaction between friends that was sent as friends and family?
You don't have the friends/family option in your country so all payments sent to you are sent using the goods/services option and so paypal would apply the new seller hold.
