I cannot understand why paypal protect fraudsters?
Two months ago, I signed up this site https://www.collectorfreaks.com/ and become members. But once i signed up and paid for member fee, this site ower banned my account immediately. And give no reasons. So I asked for refund. This site owner closed all passages to avoid me contacting them. And the staff of this site said she would refund me on May.4th. Until now, one month past, no refund and no explaination. I handle this accident to paypal several times, paypal never solved and closed this issue. So paypal is protecting fraudsters? I report this site on Google and Facebook. I hope everyone doesn't get fooled again.
