Why my money back to my PayPal account?

I want to ask something. I have already transferred my money to my local account bank. And wait for this transaction for 9 days. And suddenly I found that my money didn't success transfer to my local account bank. Why? I want to know the reason? I have already asked Paypal to change my account bank (From BCA Bank to Mandiri Bank) and I changed y name too. But Paypal still keeps my request. May I know how long I will get the answer? I need to send my money as soon as possible. And I don't want to get wrong again. So my money will not go back to my Paypal account again. Please help me. Thank you
