Can I somehow find a way to delete the account or can someone restore it? I don't wanna sound like a victim but this restriction literally leaves people in my household hungry... I really need a paypal!
Sadly as you have been told you can't use paypal anymore and they won't close the account.
Paypal limits the account to stop you removing anything from it. They don't want you to be able to use anything linked to it to try and open another Paypal account against their rules.
Advice is voluntary. Kudos / Solution appreciated.
