We’re having trouble making sure it’s you

I haven’t been able to log into my PayPal account for 2 weeks now. I’ve been trying to get support, but no one is responding to my messages or emails. I keep getting the message 'We’re having trouble making sure it’s you.' Can someone please help?

IGNORE THE SCAMMER @Technicals AS THEY HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH PAYPAL.

THEY ARE POSTING THE SAME ANSWER TO LOADS OF QUESTIONS ON THIS FORUM TO TRY AND SCAM FOLKS.

DO NOT SEND THEM ANY MONEY.

Thanks for posting your concern again in PayPal's Community Forum. 

We are sorry to hear that you are unable to login to your account and you are not able to contact customer support. Kindly reach out to our customer support team during business hours by clicking the Contact option at the bottom of PayPal page and do reach us via phone and kindly select "Call us as Guest". By selecting this option you will not require to login to your PayPal account.
