I urgently need assistance regarding my PayPal account, which has been permanently limited without any action on my part. I have been trying to contact PayPal's support for the past five days, but unfortunately, I have not received any response. Could someone from the PayPal team please help me resolve this issue promptly?

If its a permanent limitation then there is nothing to resolve as paypal have forbidden you the use of a paypal account.

So they may not reply to you as you are no longer a customer of theirs.

However if you want to try and appeal all you can do is keep trying to reach out to them and hope they respond unlikely though that may be.
