I'm trying to withdraw money to a card or pay a bill. And it won't let me. To contact technical support, I have to guess the time of its work.... The assistant does not switch to support, what to do?

Have you withdrawn funds before?
What funding source have you got linked to withdraw the funds to?
Are the funds in the correct currency to withdraw?
Did you confirm bank account or card you want to withdraw funds to after adding them?
Are the funds cleared and not pending or on hold?
Advice is voluntary.

- Yeah, I haven't had a problem in months.
- To the bank card of my bank. I'm withdrawing to Kaspi (KZ).
- Does not get to the choice of currency, the error pops up earlier. Also can not pay.
- The card was confirmed earlier and it has already withdrawn funds.
- Funds are not frozen. There are no notifications about restrictions other than what I have attached above.

I have to call PayPal to unblock my account. I have had fake bills which may have blocked it.
