Super Locker Possible Scam

I ordered a product called a Super Locker (large fold out craft storage cabinet with work table) which was advertised on FB from Ferris.store. After a month, what arrived was instead a tiny plastic storage container. Has anyone else had the same experience? After searching the internet, I am lead to believe this is a scam.

The same thing happen to me. I am waiting for my super locker to show up, but I am sure Mr. Williamson will say it was delivered. I am happy that PayPal is looking into this scam, but it seems this guy knows how to keep scamming people. I am hoping with enough complaints that PayPal will flag this guy and not allow him to sell anything using paypal. Paypal is supposed to be secured. Well, I am not believing that anymore. I haven't bought anything off Amazon in almost 2 years. They are killing our small businesses. Looks like I will be pulling my accounts off PayPal as well. This guy has no business using a secured company such as PayPal to get money in his pocket while other American's are suffering. I am very grateful that PayPal is looking into this guy. Finger crossed that this guy will be banned from having a PayPal account.

Did paypal tell you they were looking into this seller? Cuz they aren't. I filed a claim 4 times. This last response told me they have no authority to look at others purchases. So unless you file a claim and keep filing, you will not get your money back.  After I got an email from executiveoffice @ payal saying they were not releasing info to my BBB claim and I need to contact the seller, I was furious. I sent a 9 page email to executive office at papal with my proof that I was scammed including the letter from the post office showing he shipped to a different address a pkg that weighed ounces and the whole superlocker is a scam and told them to check this page---THEIR page and see all the people who are being scammed for past 3 years or more!!  She says---we  cannot look into other purchases. ???!!?!?!?!?! They are still out there on Facebook advertising with different company names. canas.store patsy.store  Unbelievable!  I stated at the end of my email that I would continue to email the proof until I got my money back from these scammers. I finally got a refund! email your proof to executive office at paypal.  Until everyone asks for their refund he's gonna keep doing it and paypal is gonna let them.

I had the same issue. I opened a case with paypal and they close it because the person sent them a bogus tracking number. When I called

the post office with the tracking number that was provided by the scammer it was a letter. I told the post office that it was not a letter it was 2 big packages.  The address that it was delivered to was not even an address that I have ever lived at. I am so disappointed PayPal. Paypal told me that I had to call the post office to get a manifest of the package. The post office could not provide such thing. I filed mail fraud with the postal service per the postal service instruction. I called PayPal back and told them that the post office is unable to provide me with proof of the address that the package was delivered to. PayPal closed the case and I was out of my money.  It’s sad that they allow people to,take advantage of longtime business customers such as myself. I also filed a complaint t with the BBB against paypal and cana.store.

when you file with the bbb they have to respond. they will send you an e mail saying they will not discuss your case with a 3rd party. Reply to that e mail with your documentation and demand a refund. keep sending them mail until you get the refund. It took me 4 times.
