Super Locker Possible Scam

I ordered a product called a Super Locker (large fold out craft storage cabinet with work table) which was advertised on FB from Ferris.store. After a month, what arrived was instead a tiny plastic storage container. Has anyone else had the same experience? After searching the internet, I am lead to believe this is a scam.

The plastic container I received measured 19 x 13 x 3 cm - something you'd find at a $1 store. The one in the picture you posted is the one I wanted and assumed would be delivered. It's unbelievable that Paypal lets them get away with this.

I'm sorry to hear that you too along with me and a group of others were scammed by this crook.  I was able to get a refund by asking the post office to send me confirmation that the tracking number provided was not to my address but another.  They also told me that the package weighted 3ozs.  I have filed a fraud complain with the post office, BBB, & Trading commissioner.  Best of luck to you.

Same problem. I filed a dispute with PayPal and just got my full refund. Initially, the dispute said I had to pay return shipping to an address written in Chinese characters. I found a text link in the help center where I explained what happened, I shouldn’t have to pay shipping, and I can’t write or translate Chinese. A couple hours later PayPal notifies me the dispute was settled in my favor and I get a full refund. They are selling the same thing under different pop up company names. Hate they give the good companies a bad name. Love PayPal did the right thing!!

I did the same as you and said address was in chinese and i dont read it paypal replied with the address in english. I have also said that it will cost over £7 too return there "wrong item" and why should i pay to send back as its clearly false advertising. Waiting for a response fr9m paypal. They have given me till the 10th to post it back😥

Hi paypal have sent information for me to send box back. But I can’t see where i can contact pay pal to tell them it’s in Chinese and why should i pay to send it back can anyone help please

I have been arguing the same with paypal, but they still say i have too return it and send shipping info. They also told me too take out paypal shipping refund so can claim it back. Ive done that and will post it tomorrow, then will wait and see what happens. Paypal also said they "look into the sellers once a dispute is issued" obviously not that thorough as they are doing it still.😡🤬

Don't do it!  Reach out to paypal via the message center.   let them know what is going on, they will still not refund you the money.  They will try to convince you to close the dispute and they will refund you without shipping it back, but don't do it.  paypal told me that if you close the dispute they can not reopen it, most likely they will not refund you even though they say they will.  Paypal will have you complete a complaint on IC3.gov and submit a copy to them and will give you the refund.  I also included a link to this thread in my complaint to identify other victims.

I thought i would let you all know i got a refund from paypal!! Its taken a while but i did get it. I follwed what paypal told me to do, send it back etc. I took out there shipping refund scheme and sent the parcel back , then claimed the postage costs back through PayPal. I then waited, PayPal refunded the postage and gave me a date they would settle the dispute. (Todays date) i just recieved an email saying they will refund in my favour👍 good luck everyone. Hope you all get a refund.😃🤞
