Taking a Stand Against PayPal: Initiating a Class Action Lawsuit I have recently discovered alarming evidence of PayPal's alleged breach of contract and questionable fund withdrawal practices. As a concerned customer, I believe it's time to take action and protect the rights of all those affected by these issues. The Breach of Contract: PayPal, a widely used online payment platform, has a contractual agreement with its users. If you have evidence to suggest that they have violated the terms of this agreement, this could be a breach of contract. Unwanted Fund Withdrawals: Many PayPal users have reported suspicious and unauthorized withdrawals from their accounts. If you have experienced this issue and can provide concrete evidence, it may be considered theft. Class Action Lawsuit: In response to these concerns, I am in the early stages of exploring the possibility of initiating a class action lawsuit against PayPal. This legal action aims to hold PayPal accountable for their alleged misconduct and to seek compensation for affected users. Joining the Cause: If you have encountered problems with PayPal, such as unauthorized fund withdrawals or breaches of their terms of service, and you want to join this effort, please reach out to me. Together, we can strengthen our case and ensure justice is served. Gathering Evidence: To build a strong case, it's crucial to gather all available evidence, such as transaction records, correspondence with PayPal support, and any other relevant documents. Stay tuned for updates on this endeavor as we work towards holding PayPal accountable for their alleged actions.

Dealing with this now there’s got to be something that can be done to them for them doing this especially after they were sued once before for this same thing and part of the agreement was they were supposed to make changes to how they handle stuff like this and they are supposed to tell you why your funds are on hold and give you a chance to fix it but they haven’t done any of that so I am really wanting to pursue thus but not sure how to do so

Exactly. They keep sending me messages saying that they have made changes to my account for me to be able to withdraw my funds which they have let me but it is now pending a review and this said review was only supposed to take 24 hours and here we are going on day two. And what makes no sense is why they keep saying they have made changes to my account to allow me to withdraw when that’s already been done I need the back office to do this review and push my money on to the next phase which would be them letting my money go and them not holding it hostage anymore. They are literally dragging their feet and I told them you guys are so mad that i keep calling and messaging all day long you do realize all that would stop the second that you give me my money that technically you guys are illegally holding since my timeframe for my hold was up as if 12/5/24 do I have to contact a lawyer to have them explain to you what you are doing is unethical and illegal. I’m not a lawyer I’m a paralegal and even I know what they are doing is illegal but I can’t say or do anything because I don’t have my law degree

Jeez.  Dude, class action lawsuits do nothing but make the lawyers rich.    You want some revenge on Paypal?  Sue them in your local small claims court.  The 5k you can easily win yourself that way is 100 to 1000 rimes what you will end up with from a class action.  Your plan is much less likely to succeed.  They are unlikely to send a local lawyer to fight the case and you likely will win by default.
