I am trying to set up a PayPal account for my business. I own the domain, however someone else used the email to create their account. I have phoned customer service with no success and also emailed UnsolicitedEmail and followed up a few times with no results. The customer service agent just said that they have no timeline on review. Does anyone have an idea how long this will take, or what else I can do to get and timeline or just feedback?
