I made a purchase through PayPal and received incorrect items. Seller states order was correct and refuses refund or return. Is there a way to see the transaction stating items ordered ?

You would need to check the website you ordered from > your account / orders.
Paypal only shows seller and amount.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
