Exactly the same has happened to me (2 days ago), except in my case they have ordered 8 packs, and charged me £80 plus. They also set up a monthly £48 payment, which, at least, Paypal cancelled. I tried to cancel the order with the company within 2 hours of the order, believing that the statement on their website that if cancelled within 6 hours of order that they would cancel it and refund payment. All i received back immeadiately was an acknowledgement of the order and delivery date. subsequent efforts have got one response from "Mike (Wellnee)" telling me what the order consists of etc and tracking information. No response to cancellation. The staff must be on a sales bonus and blatantly ignore your cancellation request. There are hundreds who have had the same problem as we are having on many of the review sites so obviously Wellnee is aware of what they are doing, so that is classed as a scam! I now question the use of Paypal, as they must have had dozens of the identical complaints, and if i had used a credit or debit card i could have stopped it dead. Why is Paypal still allowing this site to use its service. TOTALLY WRONG!!!

It is truly amazing that nothing has been done to stop this fraud. I notice over 10,000 views..way more than any other issue as far as I can see. Like you I shall have to accept the loss of £80 probably but I am reporting this to the authorities to see if thay can be stopped before anyone else loses money thay may not be able to afford.

I must have been one of the lucky ones I got the full £84 back.I just never let up continually writing every day I must say I wasn’t nice.My scammer was called July Fee I kept referring to them by name and luckily for me I succeeded in getting a return but I must say it really upset me I don’t know how they get away with it.When I see an advert I always say don’t believe the reviews on this site check out trust pilot and don’t buy.

Like John, I find it astonishing that PayPal permits exactly the same fraud to be repeated so often over such a long period - always the same pattern: 4 extra boxes are mysteriously added and charged for, and automatic payments set up. And never can a company have been so efficient! It's useless to explain that attempts to cancel the 'order' were made within minutes, you're too late: it's already been processed and shipped. I have accumulated a substantial amount of correspondence with 'Mike' at Wellnee who is well-versed in meaningless soothing comments: he's truly sorry for my inconvenience, he understands my frustration, he even thanks me for my patience and understanding. It is only my lack of profiency in attaching the evidence to show that I had tried to resolve the problem with the seller that has prevented me from opening a case with PayPal, but reading the experience of others suggests I'd have been wasting yet more of my time.

This seems to be totally supported by Paypal. I haven't used paypal in years. And just started again to protect my credit card numbers. What a joke.
I have reported Wellnee to the BBB - Better Business Bureau - And will continue to report them until they are blocked by Paypal. Of course since it is now scary to even sign into Paypal... that probably won't happen. I removed my card from Paypal. I did get a response from Wellnee, they called the additional 4x order as an upsell. They said they were not going to be a recurring charge, but that's not what it showed on Paypal.
A great tutorial on HOW TO use PAYPAL as a SCAM class. Wellnee is quite the teacher.

Similarly I have removed my cards from Paypal. They seem more intent on facilitating merchant fraud than proteceting their hapless customers.
What is doubly upsetting is how disinterested PayPal are in resolving what is now a running sore and a pain in the ?

The exact same thing happened to me. I was thinking about trying 1 box, when waiting for a review of the order, the order was put through, along with what they call an "upsell", added a bargain box of 4 and charged me an additional $40. Which I would never have found if it weren't for alerts from my credit card. Paypal didn't alert me. The fact that paypal knows about this scam and continues to let Wellnee scam people and HONOR their company is very alarming to me. A few minutes after it happened I messaged Paypal and they said they couldn't do anything until Welnee actually took my money and then fails to deliver the order "I NEVER ORDERED"..... I will never use Paypal again.
Also, the email from Welnee confirming the order never came through until after I had complaned to Paypal and my credit card compay.
This seams like a genuine CLASS on " How to scam" by Paypal.
