How do I know if PayPal did send me to collections over a negative balance? I got a call a couple days ago about having to pay $200. They haven't called me sense then. so I'm wondering if it was just a scam or if I was actually sent to collections. I tried calling Customer service but my call keeps getting dropped. Please help me
PayPal generally do sell debt to collections. You can message them through your PayPal account (bell icon) or try messaging them via Facebook or Twitter.
