Someone hacked my account and changed it to a business profile, also set a new name. How can I change it back and delete the company profile? Or how can I delete my whole Pay Pal? It does not allow deletion! What to do? Please help!!

Log out of all accounts.
Visit https://www.paypal.com/smarthelp/contact-us
Scroll down to click “Call Us” option on the bottom.
Click the “call us as guest” link.
