Return Label not emailed to me by vendor for 3 of 4 items I'm trying to Return because are too small

I purchased 4 pieces of clothing on.April 19, 2023 and was PayPal refunded on line automatically for one item because the item was no longer available Cdn $31.12 on April 24 2023. This leaves 3 items totalling USD $89.00 so i emailed the vendor to get the Return Label because the other 3 products are all too small. I have not received an email response from the vendor yet with my Return Label to return merchandise and i have sent 2 emails in the past week. I just want my PayPal acct credited and then refunded on my personal Visa account.

The issue with the 3 items puts you in a rock and a hard place. If the seller is not cooperating, you won’t be able to return and get a refund. While you can open a PayPal dispute to start a dialogue with seller, PayPal buyer protection does not cover buyer’s remorse (ie. correct size sent, just did it fit), only significantly not as described (ie. ordered one size but received another). Your only option is to do a chargeback through your card issuer.
