Resolution denied No way to appeal not contact an Agent

Resolution denied on the basis that the item was not returned to the Seller.

Seller proposed a return and Buyer (me) did not accept that offer and stated that position to Paypal not once, but twice.

Contrary to Paypals instructions there is no button for appeal, the Chatbox is more than useless, and no apparent way to contact a person

Any suggestions?

Unfortunately if you win a paypal claim then you have to return the item back to the seller (trackable to prove delivery) before you get a refund.
