Brought a digital game from an online store for £52.99. It come out my bank twice. Spoke to PayPal and they didn’t even open a case they just returned the money and said to keep the other game or sell on as a good will gesture. A week later the said website finally got hold of me and said they had made a mistake and refunded me the money. It went into my PayPal then instantly come out and said -£52.99 PayPal reversal payment on October 13th and I haven’t had it put into my account so im guessing PayPal have taken the money for them selfs and it wasn’t actually a good will? I sold the game on and as the website refunded the voided the code for the game so the game cannot be used so I had to refund the buyer so im now out of pocket. What has happened please will I not get it back? Thanks
