I would have a problem with the refund and resolution center. Another person made the transaction from my PayPal (this problem has since been resolved, password change, etc.), I wanted to cancel this, but my complaint was rejected, I want to appeal, but the PayPal site does not allow it. I would like to exercise my refund/cancellation right. It's not a big amount, it's around 18 euros, but it's still unpleasant
Whether you are covered for an unauthorised transaction would depend on how that 'other person' made the transaction and accessed your account in the first instance?
