Today I upgraded my paypal account to business as soon as I upgraded and I submitted required documents for verification then my account got permanently limit. I don’t know why I directly updated to business account now it is stating that you can no longer use paypal because voilation of user agreement. You can rarely appeal a permanent ban but if you want to try an appeal then contact customer services.
They 'may' pass it to the back office but the chances of the appeal being successful are slim. Paypal state that the decision is not made lightly and once made is usually final.
