Paypal payment does not match order

I ordered 3 pairs of shoes and paid for 3. Now the sellers confirmation says I ordered 2 and paid for 2. I paid 96£ says paypal history but order confirmation from sellers says I paid 66£. Tried contacting seller but it is all automated and unhelpfull responses. What can I do?

Welcome to PayPal's Community Forum. I k understand how it can be a bit frustrating when a transaction doesn't go quite as you had expected. If your transaction details on PayPal are showing 3 pairs of shoes purchased, but the seller has only shipped you 2, I would recommend opening a Significantly not as Described Dispute through our Resolution Center for the missing pair. However, if the transaction details are only showing 2 pair, and the seller has shipped you 2 pair, and then issue is with the amount of the purchase, then you may want to try opening an Incorrect Transaction Amount Billing Dispute through our Resolution Center.
