The situation is : person sent me money. And asked me later to send money back if can to bank account. Same day I sent same amount to a person. Month after I receive chargeback request 'unauthorised transaction' for same payment. I just sent paypal her transaction screen, and my refund for same sum same user, with time stamps. Paypal rules in scammers favor and charges me to pay her money that I already paid. Snd gives me cookie cutter response. Seriously?! And you expect people to trust your platform?
