Paypal cashback mastercard

Paypal cashback mastercard application was denied due to identity verification. But I sent in a pic of my driver's license and SS card as they requested, before the deadline. I was still denied due to not verifying my identity. There's no option to re-apply. How can I fix this?

I am sorry to know that the PayPal Cashback MasterCard application was denied and I understand this can be concerning. Unfortunately, we won't be able to discuss or check on what basis the application was rejected. In this situation, you can wait for a couple of days and check if you are getting the option to re-apply.  If not, I would recommend you contact our customer support team through the available contact options on our website.
