Paypal account limitation

Hi, yesterday i received a payment in my paypal from Holid which is a advertising company, i sold my website traffic to this ad network and get payment in paypal but Paypal put a limit on my account and asking me about shipping details and other verification i don't know why, i am using paypal for more than 2 years, the payment i received from holid is not of any goods(item) so how can i provide a shipping detail? please help me to fix this issue and help me to remove limit from my account, i can't withdraw my money from paypal due to this limit.

Welcome to the PayPal Community Forum! I'm sorry to hear your accounts have been limited. Account limitations are placed in situations where we see unusual or suspicious activity, or when we need to collect information necessary for keeping your account open. When it's placed, an email is sent explaining the reason for the limitation and how to resolve the problem. In most cases, you'll see how to resolve the limitation in the Resolution Center. 

 

Normally, if you're unable to provide the documents requested in the limitation, the restricted account functionality would not be able to be restored. However, you're welcome to reach out to our Customer Support teams for assistance.
