I'm having deep problems, the bad thing is that I opened the PayPal account on behalf of my project, and I received 2 payments, one of 0.01 USD is complete and another of $259.34 USD that is pending, the account is also limited.
And before the account had limitations, it did not accept to refund the amount in full or in part.
So I uploaded my personal documents and invoices but they still haven't released it, so I don't know what the purpose of this payment is, if I will lose the amount with PayPal or for a matter of time they will release it.
But I think what would be great, if they suspect the account, that they return the payment to the consumer so that they can send me the amount in another way.
And I also write here that I no longer need to use PayPal, as it is not safe, how can I refund and close this account?
