Over the weekend i transfered money from my bank account to PayPal to cover a transaction o was making. The firsf 2, not an issue. The nsxt one, not so good. When the transaction was made, instead of using the money (40$) that was on my PayPal acct. (Plenty enough to cover the charge) PayPal took $100 from my bank acct. The charge was covered with my PayPal acct money and PayPal transfered $100 from my bank to my acct. I didnt authorize this nor did anything in the transaction require that money to be taken. I made sure the next time i made a purchase i read the little print and there was no reason for this to happen. Yes, i made the same transaction later and got the same results. PayPal wont take responsibility for this. Its cost me over $100 in overdraft fees as i couldnt just send the money right back to my acct. I think PayPal should have to pay my fees as i didnt authorize or make these transactions. People on the phone were useless. I. Eventually ended up with a super who just told me someone would look over the issue and contact me. I got no call, just an email basically saying 'sorry bout your luck, were not accepting responsibility for this'. How do i get PayPal to listen to me and accept their part in this?
