Hello, I bought a service from a seller on 16th September for an exam help. However the seller started demanding more money after I already have sent them $399. They are telling me PayPal took fees, and such. They have also claimed they have sent refund, so that I can send them money through taptapmoney. I feel the seller is trying to scam me here so I opened a dispute for “refund not issued”. I have provided screenshots to the messages between me and the seller. I just want a refund because I’m not able to trust this seller anymore. He has been constantly lying to me in the messages. buyexamhelp.com is the website
