PayPal has limited my access because of entering my wife's bank account details and then later on removing it so she can add it on her own PayPal account. I wanted to close it so I can open a new one and add my own bank details now with my own card name on it. But I can't even close it since they limited my account access. Frustrating because we removed it so she can use the bank account details on her own PayPal (with her own name) and add a new bank account details on my account using my own bank card name. Simple. How can I close my account?

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
