PayPal asks for information about transactions I didn’t make

I got my account limited and Paypal asked to share some information about my transactions from 08 July 2022 to 08 August 2022 but I have never done any transactions on this account. What do I do?

Have you not used the new / present account at all?

It is my first and single account and I have never done any transactions on it.

How strange, you have a paypal account registered to the Ukraine so do you still live in the Ukraine?

Have you confirmed your paypal email address?

Is the account in your legal name and are you over 18?

If so then your best bet is to reach out to customer services and ask them what the heck they mean 😀
