PayPal account limitations

I created a new PayPal account and it has been temporarily limited by PayPal after first payment. I usually resell digital items like Adobe Products. I once purchase it from a marketplace (having validity of about a year) and then resell to my clients. Now PayPal is asking the proof of fulfilment and supplier details. For these digital items the proof I have is the email which I sent to the buyer with software download link. Is this enough? And what should I provide as a proof of supplier? Is there anything extra I must do to resolve this issue?

Your items are probably high risk of disputes/claims + could it be patent infringement?

Either way you would need to provide everything paypal requests and hope they don't limit your account.
