PayPal account frozen and unable to verify my identity

Dear PayPal community,

I am writing to seek assistance with my PayPal account, which has been frozen and requires me to verify my identity. Specifically, I am stuck at step 2 of the verification process, which requests me to "Add funds or complete a transaction with your bank."

However, when I attempt to link a new bank account, PayPal displays an error message that reads "There's a problem with your account. Please go to the Resolution Centre so we can help you resolve this quickly." Additionally, when I try to add funds using my existing bank account, PayPal displays a different error message that reads "We can't process your request right now. Please try again later."

I have already visited the PayPal Resolution Centre, but I am still unable to resolve the issue. I have also tried several times to add funds and link a new bank account, but the problem persists.
