If I suspect multiple unauthorized charges against my account and all I see on my bank statement
- External Withdrawal - PAYPAL INSTANT TRANSFER - INST XFER for $###.##
-- External Deposit - PAYPAL 240xxxxxxxx - TRANSFER for $###.##
but when I log into PayPal to dispute charges I have to do them one at a time and have no idea which charges are which?
Why not put the name of any "Authorized" accounts in the name of the "External Withdrawal" or a PayPal account number which means absolutely nothing to me?
Then when you try to call in you get a robochat who directs you to text messaging on your phone.. how long would that take to type on a phone keyboard?
if you get on line the other option is to messenger a support person who is trained in copy and paste the same links for disputes over and over in a loop?
I really wish there was a real competitor to PayPal I would drop this in a NY second.
