PayPal is no longer safe to make payments. They no longer protect users. They do not even attempt to help resolve issues of fraud.

Paypal gives 'some' buyer and 'some' seller protection, they can't protect you 100% so you need to read up on their policies and risk assess your transactions.

Paypal is safe transferring your funds to the person that you have selected you want them sent to.

Even credit cards have terms and conditions and don't cover you 100%.
