I placed an order with Pay in 4 and had items get lost by UPS in December. The seller refunded them in late March and provided evidence of the refund. PayPal Credit is still charging me six weeks after the refund was processed, saying they did not receive the refund. I have made numerous phone calls, spent hours on the phone, provided all of the supporting evidence, including communication with the seller and evidence of the refund from their processing system, and filed claims, yet PayPal credit is still charging me after the merchant processed the refund. Has anyone else had this happen and what did you do? It is a lot of money so I can't just ignore it.
