PERMANENTLY LIMITED AND UNAUTHORIZED ACTIVITY

Hey family, money was wrongly sent to my account and in the process my account got permanently limited,the original owner of the PayPal account reached out to me via email stating that it's an unauthorized activity and I should refund but PayPal didn't give me any refund option,he opened a dispute and filed for a charge back but PayPal decided the case in my favor after I stated clearly that I wish to refund cause I don't recognize the transaction,he just opened another dispute and I'm waiting for PayPal to decide
