No mobile network, no WhatsApp, no PayPal app, how to log in?

Hello,

I currently have no or an extremely weak, unstable mobile network (the SMS with the numerical code only arrives 30-60 minutes later, if at all).

I don't have a PayPal App for authentication.

But I also don't have WhatsApp (I don't support FB and Zuckerberg), only Signal and Telegram.

Solutions (?) :

- Can you authenticate yourself with the security question/answer provided? (which you provide when you first time setup the PayPal account)

- Does Paypal also offer Signal (my 1st choice!) or Telegram?

- How else can I log in to my PayPal account?

- Is it possible to completely deactivate two-factor authentication? (so that you can only log into the account with email and password...)

Primero: dale a donde dice crear cuenta.despues de eso te aparecerá poner tu nombre y apellido , Segundo paso:pone un correo que este activo o que este utilizando Tercer paso: poner una contraseña que no se te olvide. Cuarto paso: recibira un código para confirmar el correo Cinto paso y último: después te todo eso paso ya podrás iniciar sesión en tu nueva cuenta de PayPal. Tenga buena suerte.

But I do not want to open another "new" paypal account.

My help request was about, how to log into my existing paypal account without having mobile phone network, WhatsApp and PayPal Authentification App.
