My refund was cancelled and case closed, I did not receive refund. How can I get my refund?

I bought an item in March 2024, but never received the item even it is July now, seller never have stock and keep promising they will send stock. 

I lodged a Paypal dispute to request refund, and seller agreed for the refund.

On my Paypal, the refund processing was failed, and the status of dispute case is closed. So I still did not receive my money.

How can I get my refund?

Did you open a dispute for non receipt of item?

If so then if the seller agreed to a refund and you did not get one then did you ESCALATE the dispute to a claim?

Once it was a claim the seller would have to provide a tracking number to prove delivery of the item to you so did that happen OR did you not escalate to a claim and the dispute timed out at 20 days?

Hi, thanks.

 

I have lodged the claim via Paypal, and based on Paypal it said the seller already agreed for the refund.

 

But when I check my dispute claim, it says my claim is closed because the credit already processed, but I did not receive the fund, when I check my Paypal activity and it says the refund is cancelled. I don't know why it is cancelled or who cancelled it? 

 

I don't know what else I can do, I've been contacting the seller and they just say they will forward to their accounts team. When I check more information on Paypal, Paypal says I need to contact the seller, so looks like it is all about the seller now. 

 

But they never send the stock, and they can't provide any tracking information. I don't know how long I have to wait and who I have to contact now.
